Our sourcers search across various platforms that host publicly available information to find candidates. Unlike other tools like HireEz and SeekOut, we go beyond automated scraping by relying on the human expertise of our sourcers, who manually vet and quality-check every profile they find. GDPR and Ethical Compliance

While we don’t provide individual subscriptions, we do set a minimum standard for the tools they use. This means they have access to the best platforms to find the right talent. If you already have subscriptions to these tools, we aren’t suggesting you replace them—instead, we’re here to supplement your efforts and ensure you get the best results.
